911 emergency centers handle over 2.8 million calls in March

The National Center for Security Operations has reported that the unified emergency number 911 centers across Riyadh, Makkah, and the Eastern Province handled an impressive 2,879,325 calls throughout March 2025.

These emergency calls were efficiently managed under the unified emergency operations system, which is responsible for receiving and directing urgent reports to the relevant security and service agencies.
Leveraging cutting-edge automated systems, the center operates around the clock with a highly skilled team proficient in multiple languages, ensuring rapid and precise responses to all emergency situations.
According to the latest data, the Makkah region recorded the highest number of calls at 1,031,253, followed closely by Riyadh with 1,300,628 calls, while the Eastern Province accounted for 547,444 calls.
